From the World's to you.

The race was great, I was really happy with my result, and it was a
super fun course with a ton of spectators. With my experience in Belgium
at worlds last year I was much more prepared for the European style of
racing and it paid off! The start was really aggressive but I was able to
make it around a big crash and get into a good group. We worked together
for most of the race picking off riders who started too fast and weren’t able
to hold the pace. In the finishing lap I wasn’t quite able to hold with that
group, but it’s motivation for next year to get faster and be ahead of those
riders next year!

I was able to do a bit of touring around the area as well… took a afternoon
trip into Venice, and was able to visit a multitude of little Italian towns during
my training rides in the week leading up to the race. It was my first time in
Italy and I had a great time in the country, especially with the racing!
Thanks again for all your support.
Sincerely,
Brian.
