The Flow is Tacx's best-selling ergotrainer. Heart rate, power (watts), speed and pedaling frequency are measured and shown on the aerodynamic Flow computer's display. These four types of training data provide you with significant instruments for targeting and working on your fitness efficiently and performing to the optimum. You can see your setting at a glance: a brake indicator displays the brake's performance graphically and a bar chart shows the gradient. Operation is simple.
You can adjust the program during the training session for power or gradient resistance. The electromagnetic brake is controlled though the computer. An extremely accurate system with a calibration function that you can use to calibrate the brake in a few seconds. The Flow includes a front wheel support which provides a natural cycling posture.

Minoura 500 R – $189.99
MAG-500L series is designed for ordinary dairy exercise in low - medium speed zone (recommended max. 40km/h).
The newly designed single-housing type unit combines with a magnetic resistance system and a 500 gram steel flywheel compactly.
Wide and stable legs welded to a steel frame provide a stable base.
The MAG-500L can be used on 24" wheel MTB (24x1.5" or larger) without using an adaptor. To mount a 24" wheel racing bike (24x1.25" or smaller) purchase the "Z" type adaptor at your local Minoura dealer.
"LW" model has an adjustable left side hub coupling as same as MAG-850 series to make wheel alignment even easier.
Also this LW model is compatible with 160mm wide rear hub. The normal MAG-500L is NOT compatible with this size.
