You will be contacted throughout the year by management with regard to these events. CUSTOMER ENTHUSIASM PROGRAMEach referral will earn you a $57 gift card (honoring our founding year of 1957), which can be redeemed at any department in the store. |

BENEFITS OF THE VIP PLATINUM PROGRAMRECOGNITIONWhen you present your card at the dealership, the staff at Bow Cycle is reminded that you are one of approximately 30 elite company customers and should be attended to accordingly. CUSTOMER SERVICEVIP Platinum cardholders are encouraged to establish a direct link with ownership, and any inquiries should be submitted directly to the general manager of the company, Todd Starchuk, via phone at 288-5421 or e-mail at todd@bowcycle.com PRIORITY SERVICENo matter what time of year it is, your Platinum VIP Card guarantees you service department bookings within three days. This includes priority bookings during our peak season, from March 15 to July 15. VIP ACCESSAs a VIP Platinum cardholder, you will be given access to Bow Cycle demo units and will have the opportunity to ride the latest offerings from Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Sea-Doo and Ski-Doo by appointment. You will also have priority access to all sales and parts/accessories specials occurring within the dealership and will be contacted by the general manager three days prior to the sale's scheduled start. Finally, special events will be held specifically for platinum cardholders. You will be contacted throughout the year by management with regard to these events.
