The power meter is an incredible training tool for cyclists and triathletes in pursuit of improved performance. However, many athletes don’t understand how to work with it and often times just chase higher power numbers when out riding. This seminar is intended to help provide a basic understanding in how to work with a power meter and what all the data captured can be used for. Installing a power meter won’t make you a faster cyclist. Understanding how to use it in your training is how it will help you achieve new levels of cycling performance.
