Strength training has become an accepted training modality for cyclists and endurance athletes to compliment their training programs. However there are many opinions, perspectives and methods to choose from which begs the questions, which is the right type for me? The intent of this seminar is to provide an overview of what the research says specific to cyclists and endurance athletes and provide some considerations and guidelines for incorporating strength training into one's training plan.
